NON-DELIVERY:
Our estimated shipping time is between 7-15 business days, excluding product preparation and shipping time, which ranges from 1 to 5 days. If your products have not arrived within 20 days, please allow up to a maximum of 30 days, considering factors such as weather, mail delays, and customs. If your products have not arrived after 25 days, we will issue a 100% refund promptly.

DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL:
Should your product arrive damaged, kindly take photos and videos and forward them to our customer support via the Contact Page. Upon verification and confirmation of the case, you’ll have two options: we’ll send you a new product or provide a 100% refund.

DEFECTIVE OR MALFUNCTIONING PRODUCT:
You have 14 days from the product’s arrival to report any issues. If the product malfunctions or is defective during this period, you can return it at your expense, and we’ll refund the full amount as store credit for you to reorder a new product.

CHANGE OF MIND:
You have 14 days from receipt to return unused products. Please contact us via the Contact Page to initiate the process. Keep in mind that we only accept returns for unused, unwashed products in their original packaging.

EXCHANGE:
You have 14 days from receipt to exchange your product. To proceed, ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging, and send it back at your expense. Contact our support via the Contact Page for assistance with the process.

INCORRECT PRODUCT:
If you’ve received the wrong product, you have 14 days to return it at your expense, and we’ll issue a 100% refund.
